THE RUE DE TURENNE, historically the wholesalers’ street, has become over the years an emblematic and essential street in the “Bretagne – Vielle du Temple – Place des Vosges” district in the heart of the Marais. Its north-south axis between rue de Bretagne and place des Vosges linking the Marais and Haut-Marias, its galleries (Galerie Perrotin, Galerie Franck Elbaz, etc.), showrooms, Popup and its offering dedicated to the home (8 brands including Cassina, Farrow and Ball) make it an important thoroughfare benefiting from a constantly renewed offer attracting a large clientele. 

` This is a structuring place for the flow of neighborhood regulars, weekend strollers and an international clientele who have their habits there.

 This old historic store in the neighborhood housed clothing wholesalers for years, until it was taken over and renovated in 2013 by Galerie à Demain… specializing in 20th century design. 

 With a surface area of 90m2 on 2 levels located in the heart of rue de Turenne, it has a full-height window spanning more than 6.5 linear meters.

 The space consists of a 70m2 commercial ground floor with a ceiling height of 3.2m.
completed by a kitchen (sink, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine and kettle) and a WC.
The basement accessible from the shop is made up of two rooms used for storage/reserve of 10m2 each.
