These old stables which housed the hauling horses – they pulled the boats along the Saint Martin canal in the 19th century – became “Les Fonderies du Tarn” before becoming a major packing company.
It alone sums up a part of the industrial and commercial history of Faubourien Paris. Its “Eiffel” style metal structures support four splendid glass roofs with a ceiling height of three to eight meters.

It conceals a spatial potential of 740m2 on the ground.
The space is composed of:

  • a 65 m2 shop with 10 meters of frontage on boulevard Jules Ferry (possibility of bringing in a vehicle);
  • a ground floor of 500 m2,
  • two “showroom-offices” spaces of 120 m2 on the first and second floors;
  • a vaulted double cellar of 70 m2 with a height of 3.5 m.

The monumental entrance directly onto the street allows vehicles to enter it easily.
The glass door with a height of 3 meters and a width of 2.20 meters was specially designed for this purpose.
A delivery point is conveniently located just in front of the display case, making it easier to set up and take down events.
The district, located 100 meters from Place de la République, at the end of Quai de Valmy and a stone’s throw from the dynamic rue Yves Toudic, is undergoing rapid change. Fashion, art galleries, bookstores and the multitude of bars and restaurants attract young people and many businesses.
The place is, with the hot-air balloon factory located 200 meters away, a space dedicated to fashion with the 4 Fashion weeks which are now part of the identity of the Marais, the Haut Marais and the République-Quai de Valmy district. It will also be able to host showrooms, parades, private sales, filming, press launches or, given its access, automobile presentations, which in intramural Paris is highly sought after. Gastronomic events will find all the necessary equipment there.
