The facade of this exceptional corner store features two entrances and eleven stainless steel display windows from the 1970s, spanning a total frontage of approximately 30 meters.
The space consists of a 200 sq. m ground floor accommodating up to 191 people and a 240 sq. m basement. The commercial basement, with a capacity of 100 people, is accessible to the public via two staircases and an elevator.
We chose to restore the exterior to its original state, preserving its unique character. The interior was renovated in harmony with the stainless steel elements of the facade and around the iconic 1970s spiral staircase, a true centerpiece of the space. The marble flooring on the ground floor has been fully restored, and the Eiffel-style structures have been maximized to bring back the grandeur of this legendary store.
The light provided by these numerous display windows is further enhanced by a ceiling height of over 4 meters on both the ground floor and basement levels. Professional lighting, consisting of powerful directional spotlights combined with vintage pieces, ensures high-quality presentation of displayed works and products.
The basement includes a catering area and storage rooms. ERP Category 4, L and M activity classification (291 people).
For the first time at Les Showrooms du Marais, this classification, along with the lack of nearby residential buildings, allows this location to host professional events until the last metro, supported by a dedicated security service to ensure participant safety.
