THE COMMINES’SHOWROOM

The Commines Showroom is located across from Espace Commines, just steps from the Cirque d’Hiver, the famous brasserie Le Progrès, and the Merci concept store on Boulevard Beaumarchais. This former traditional sawmill, once bustling with artisans of the Tour de France craftsmen’s guild, hosted Inès de la Fressange for many years and now opens its doors to companies participating in Fashion Week.

This building, structured with Eiffel-style framing, is listed as a heritage site. With a loft-like aesthetic, it includes an 85 sq. m ground floor, a 45 sq. m upper level, and a 110 sq. m basement. It features a freight elevator, an equipped kitchen-bar, a restroom, and a small storage room.

The space is ideal for hosting press conferences, exhibitions, and seminars. The owner, who runs a concept store on Rue de Turenne specializing in iconic designer furniture from the 1950s-70s, can accommodate specific layout requests.
