This 500 sqm house, recently fully renovated inside and out, belongs to a family who share their life between Casablanca, Vichy and Paris. It is designed to welcome returning Vichy locals, sports enthusiasts, companies looking for a seminar venue, lovers of Vichy’s heritage and history, or simply families wishing to spend a weekend or a holiday together.

Built in 1895 on a 1,000 sqm plot by industrialist Antoine Petillat, the villa is designed in the Empire style.

It features 8 elegant and bright bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned and heated by original decorative cast-iron radiators.

The reception rooms on the ground floor and garden level are fully furnished with iconic design pieces by Le Corbusier, Pierre Paulin, Eero Saarinen, Mies van der Rohe and Raymond Loewy.

A collection of 45 vintage posters by Roger Broders, Villemot and Julien Lacaze punctuates the visit. They offer a true invitation to explore the history of Vichy and its relationship with tourists from the colonial era of the 1930s.

The garden welcomes you with an outdoor dining area for 20 guests under a pergola, four lounge areas, a swimming pool with hydro-massage jets and a conversation bench. A dance floor is available for warm summer evenings.

The bedrooms can accommodate up to 18 guests. The ground floor can host up to 50 seated guests. The garden can accommodate 50 guests seated and up to 100 guests in a cocktail-style setup.

For seminars, the property offers a main meeting table for 12 to 14 people, as well as two breakout rooms, each accommodating around ten participants.
