Located on the corner of Rue Charlot and Rue de Normandie, this emblematic Marais venue is part of the historic “Hôtel particulier de Bragelogne.” Formerly a renowned French raincoat shop for over 50 years, it now opens its doors as a modern gallery-boutique.

With 15 meters of façade, 4 large windows, and two separate entrances, 62 Rue Charlot offers rare through-light and exceptional visibility — enhanced by white floors and walls and over 3-meter ceilings.

Perfect for exhibitions, pop-up stores, or intimate brand activations, the space includes a fully open and modular 116 m² main floor, and a 30 m² storage area.

Like all our venues, great attention has been paid to detail: picture rails for easy hanging, professional lighting, a hot air curtain at the entrance, a kitchenette, and an anti-intrusion alarm system.
