Located between Grands Boulevards and Rue Réaumur, just steps from Sneakersnstuff, Sézane and LVMH’s new “Métiers d’Art” hub, this 230 m² showroom sits at the heart of a vibrant and evolving neighborhood.

Split across a 170 m² ground floor and a 60 m² basement, the venue is flooded with natural light thanks to its 35 m² diamond-shaped glass roof and two large windows facing the street. It artfully blends industrial character (red and ochre brick walls) with Parisian charm (white Marais stone).

Fully equipped to host pop-up stores, exhibitions, ephemeral events or business meetings, the basement — directly accessible from the main space — can be used as storage, office space or a backstage area.
